Fast answer please!!! What is this on my axolotl

Going through some cycling problems right now and my cycle has been weak from the start but it's like starting over now so I have been using prime and I was doing a water change when I saw these red dots on my axolotl, and there's a little on the leg too. I have been treating my axolotl for fungus on its gills recently (salt baths) but it's almost gone.

How would I cure it? I'm obviously going to fix my tank levels and that should help a ton, but other than that?
