Exo Terra Products

Anyone familiar with EXO TERRA (HAGEN) products? For example, Exo Terra Calcimize Drinking Water Conditioner, for reps and amphibs. It is supposed to remove chlorina/chloramine, heavy metals, and increase calcium levels (preventing hypocalcium). There is also another product which replenishes electrolytes, and Vit D. Would either of these products be useful for newts/sals.

Even if it is a useful product, it might not be realisic, as dosage is 2 drops per one oz. Maybe these products would be good for new arrivals quarantined in small containers (?).

Just curious. Don't want to purchase supplement type products without good advice. Thank you

I use Exo-Terra products - the water conditioner (with the frog on the front) and sometimes the coco-fibers.

The water conditioner works well for me - I haven't had any problems at all.
