Since last year, I have three E. guttolineata. Not easy to come close by with the camera.

very nice picture Erwin. Any chances of getting some pics of the full setup?

It is without natural light, but OK. You can even see a sal in the middle.

Yes i agree! very nice setup! I took a few pics of my E. bis which i'll post as soon as my lazy self gets around to pulling them off the camera. I may transition their setup to something like this one.

Thanks, this is my setup for E.bis. For both the setups I want to create some moving water in it.

I think that moving water is fairly key to getting E. bis. to lay. I'm not sure if they will avoid breeding in the absence of it but everything i've read indicates a preference for the bottom sides of rocks in flowing water. Have you had any water quality issues with the rather shallow water?

Kevin: I already have a pomp, but Romberg is a good shop, indeed.

John: Yes, last year they were in a different setup with moving water. I transferred them to this setup and got to busy with other thinks to finish it nicely. The water quality is not a problem, they live in the water and are looking good for a few years now. I use bottled water from the shop.
