emergency! need help!!!

i got my paddletail trapped in sudden heat....
my submersile pump got trouble and it gave alot of heat....
one of them that previously active, now just floating at the water level...
any standard operational prosedure for treating this besides cool them down? please help me..

for submersile pump user...becarefull....this may happend to you..

I don't think there is a lot you can do except get them cool and hope for the best.
