Photo: Eggs Update

Here are some close up photos of my eggs, it has been ten days since Samantha layed them
They don't look too healthy, or is it just me? What should I do to help them...?

I am afraid they look infertile to me, even at the cooler temperatures I would expect some change in shape of the embryo. What sort of temperature is the water kept at?

The water is around 17 - 20 degrees.
