Eggs hatching

Looked in container this morning and found one out of egg finally!!!

Hope to get them growing. When do you start feeding them?
Can I use BBS now??

They don't need feeding for about 24 hours, they are still absorbing their yolk for the first day.
You start with BBS tomorrow - do you have some hatching?

Now i know Axolotl's don like alot of heat. But do is there a certain temp i need for the larvae?

No. Room temp is fine - same as adults.

Okay well they seem to be growing now.

But i have not seen them eat? i do put BBS in there though.

If they are growing they must be eating.

If you watch them you'll see them twitch as they snap at the BBS - it's kinda cute!

The babies are growing I have 16 survivors that hatched!
Ive noticed what looks to be there front legs developing

What else can I start feeding them?

I am going to try to take pictures.

How big are they? At about 1.5-2 inches with front legs they are probably big enough for daphnia or adult brineshrimp, and maybe 2-3" they can be moved onto chopped bloodworm. I usually rechon 3-4 weeks on BBS, then introduce daphnia, then onto bloodwroms at 6 weeks if they are big enough.
