Eggs didn't hatch

I'm concerned because a lot of my eggs haven't/didn't hatch. I have about 10 that hatched but the rest didn't. This is kind of concerning because they were fully developed.

If they're fully developed and its time to hatch, then you can break open the eggs gently with forceps to help them.
