I think it's very unusual to have all of them be twins or triples. Maybe the female even has some mutation that causes this.

I have a few females that regularly lay twins and triplets, though it's usually only 50-75% of the offspring that are like that.

my girls have quite a few twins and triplets. i dont think its uncommon. they look quite cute tho before they pop out their bag with tinny little gills in all but yeh mine have two to three in one bag.

Hi I know its silly but i think they maybe some of the eggs i sold on ebay its really weird the 2 girls i have were breeding with my male alternatively around every 14 - 20 days dilly would lay all single eggs with an odd twin where as Spike didn't have very many single eggs it seemed they were all twin, triplets or more we did have one with six embros in it .It was really weird as three developed fully and the other three were so much smaller, unfortunately the smaller ones didn't survive. Anyway i just wanted to ask all the best Becca (the_plumz)

Yes - they were from you! Thank you so much for them. And all doing well - apart from 10 that died unexpectedly at 17 days old!!! Most are about 1.25 inches long, two are nearly THREE INCHES, and two, teeeeny ones, are under half an inch - and in a 'special care' tank... bless!

Hi Babies lol

Hi Thank you so much for replying its great to see so many people getting on so well, I seperated Lottie (the father) from the girls from give them a break for a while. My mum has an axolotl nursery at her house as she seems to have a great enviroment for the rearing where my house is ideal for breeding. All the Best Becca xxx
