Hi,
saw the eggs of my T. verrucosus today. Some eggs inside seems mouldy so I guess they r spoil. But some I saw they have another white dot on top of the black. Is it normal or infertile?? (the egg has white below n black on top n now there is another white on top of the black)

Pls help.

Thanks

I'm not experienced with these eggs but the white dot on top is probably some sign of development.

Mine recently bred, and the fertile eggshad white and dark black-broan poles.

Hi Johnson,
the white ones are probably not fertilized, remove them before they spoil the rest. Sooner or later a white fluffy fungus will grow on the bad ones that will spread onto the developing ones as well.
White spot on top of the black doesn't sound too good either. Almost impossible to tell without a picture though. You will have to closely observe the inside of the eggs if they change their appearance and shape within the next week to determine if they are fertilized.
