I am thinking about raising some axolotls from eggs but I can only support a few of them so I was wondering what is the average hatch rate for them. If I were to get 20 would all 20 eggs hatch.I have no problem trying and finding good homes for the ones that I cannot support. I just don't want to get over my head and end up hurting some because I can not support them.

I know this is going to sound unhelpful, but I would assume that the hatch and survival rate is largely determined by how they are kept.

Haha well yeah im sure that does. I guess my question is that if I only get say 3 eggs and take good care of them will they all three hatch

Still not an exact answer, but hopefully its a start:

"Assuming the eggs are fertile, the majority of the eggs should hatch if kept in well-aerated water."
Source: Axolotls - Breeding Axolotls Successfully

So from that I would assume its not a 100% hatch rate, but must be fairly close to that if they are healthy.

It's nearly 100%, given appropriate food and water conditions, and barring genetic issues.

So don't get 20 eggs expecting only 2 of them to survive! You could be stuck with 18 juveniles!
