CUTE!! those darn snails are just too fast lol. my axies love stalking the poor snail too

the colouration of your axie is fantastic.i love him so cute lol nice big snails too all mine seem to do is chew on the nicest looking plant they can find lol oh well

Yes I do like the colour too,
the pet shop where I got him/her, tried to tell me it was black,I knew he/she was wild type.. but who am I to argue, we know pet shops know best... NOT! lol

LOL gives up on the snail.
He should learn to pick on things his own size LOL
Hes very cute. He must never stop swimming around and exploring that tank - with so much room.

Oh and Shoana, she must be shy!

Jenny you profile pic. is one of those.

by the way good pictures

Judging by the exturnal shell, and the body shape i would say its a mystery snail.

ok thanks stipe. one more question stipe, do you know how big ramshorn snails get?.

Depending on the type of ramshorn snail. The smaller varieties range up to 1cm in shise. one of the other types is the dark and light brown striped Columbian Ramshorn that can grow big as large as 2 inches in diameter.

Stipe,
I removed the last post and have locked this thread as all advertisements (your offer of the snails) have to be approved by the moderators.

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
