Eastern redbacked salamander care

i recently obtained 2 eastern red backed salamanders from a friend and i was wondering how to care. i know they are terrestrial and breath through skin and need moisture. i have them in a 1 gal milk container with moist bed a beast. i need to know basic care like temps set ups food cleaning just basic care. i read they eat small earth worms and insects so i think i'm gonna get some redworms and small mealies maybe some pinhead crickets.
