Question: Eastern Newts in Community Fish Tank?

Are Eastern Newts compatible with community fish tanks with swordtails, Australian Rainbows and guppies?

Nope, they are not. Newts in the wild actively avoid bodies of water inhabited by fish. Newts also need cool water, much too cool for these fish species. The fish may harass the newts, too. It's simply not a good idea. I strongly recommend setting up 2 separate aquariums if you want to have both fish and newts. Both tanks will be better for it.
