Does this look like a problem starting?

I’m just wondering if these reddish bits of pigments look like something is wrong. He has always had that dot on the leg that I presume was from an injury when he was younger. I’m not sure are the small ones on the side just normal light pigment though.
No other physical or behavioural changes. Parameters showed nothing unusual and no issue eating or excreting.
If someone could clear this up for me that’d be great thanks.
