It's an hour and a half drive away from me or I would :(

Just can't afford petrol at the moment, give it a month or so for the next student loan to come in and maybe lol :D

Shame whats your postcode??

ah the joys of babies..... currently my table is housing 30 pieces of Tupperware all with babies in lol. 32 from 150! hard work to say the least. How many you got now? im in the same boat, but its more once they grown up I need to find new homes for them.
Got to say I dont think I want to go through it again though, so will probably sell or give away and more eggs in the future. As rewarding as it is seeing the little guys its a hard slog too.

Now you see why many of us say breeding isn't as awesome as it sounds!

LOL so can!!! I always said I would keep the 1st batch and that was it BUT also from many posts I had read the 1st batch is normally not good so I did not want to give eggs away as you could guarantee the ones I kept would have been dud and I would have been gutted BUT i never thought I would end up with this many oh honestly with the kids, newts, adult axies, cultures and 3 jobs feel like my head is going to explode!!!:errr:

I hesitate to say this, as someone always goes nuts... but euthanizing some of the larvae is an option. Giving a few larvae first-rate care is better IMO than giving 100 of them second-rate care. Ethyl alcohol (vodka) is simple and painless. I realize it isn't easy to do from the standpoint of human emotion, but you need to carefully assess what is best for the larvae.

Thanks for that, thankfully I rehomed 25 today for free (another 5 tomorrow) after vetting and asking various questions and got those 3 people to sign up to caudata as well so look forward to seeing them on here soon :)

Am now left with 24 which is right :) I will try and raise those to the best of my abilities and then when they are at a good stage I have a list of people on here who would like them and I will of course keep a couple myself :)

Aww your babies are cute. It's funny, your axies look almost identical to mine but yours look a little older.
