Kotschy's gecko?
Kotschy's Gecko, Mediodactylus kotschyi
That or an odd Mediterranean house gecko. They both come in a wide variety of color and pattern, so it's really hard to tell from the photos. I'd just guess at the top one. I don't know the specific distributions of either of them in Turkey.
Did you look up the gecko species local to your area? It's easier to tell when you know what your species distribution is - all I can do is hazard a guess.
