I think my tank is nearly cycled i was told to do a 20% water change is this a good idea ?
 
How cycled is nearly cycled?

When all the readings reach 0, then you can start putting your animals in and doing weekly water changes.

Can you give us a list of your test perameters, and is it a liquid kit you use?
