Firstly diarrhoea is a really hard word to spell.

I got my first FBN back in January this year (my first ever pet which wasnt a fish), her (i think) name is Nikki. When I purchased her I picked her because she was in the water, looked healthy and was right by the glass as if to say meeeeeee please. Anyways its been nearly 3 months now and from what I have seen she has gone swimming on her own accord less than a dozen times, I've found out its a personality thing and maybe she just doesnt like swimming at the moment.

Last night though, I noticed on her perch where she likes to sit there was a stream of diarrhoea which is now worrying me, I have been feeding her every 2 to 3 days bloodworms ( I tried the newt ball/cube things but she doesnt eat them,) which she enjoys and has been taking it from my hand many times (I have been rinsing my hands throughly before and after)

Does anyone have any suggestions about this diarrhoea incident and if any insight and if there is a way to help her with her dislike for swimming, I do spray her with declhorniated water everytime she looks dry

If the diarrhea is a one time thing i wouldn´t be worried. Bloodworms give them a rather loose kind of feeces anyway. You really need to vary that diet. Bloodworms alone are unsuitable and will cause severe dietary deficiencies in the long run. Earthworms are best as an staple.

It´s not staying out of the water because of it´s personality, it´s staying out because it most likely is in terrestrial phase as a response to the stress of the capture, importation and misstreatment at the petshop. Unless you provide excelent water quality and housing, it may decide not to go aquatic again. Bare in mind that these newts can be considered 100% aquatic once they are healthy and properly housed.
