Desperately seeking Aaron (Alnoing1)

1. Does anyone know the whereabouts of this person:
Alnoing1

2. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this situation? Aaron paid me for some newts back in October. There was a delay in shipping, due to the newts still having gills. Then Aaron moved, so further delay. And he no longer had regular Internet access. The last message from him was Dec. 24 (also not a good time for shipping!)

I have only one e-mail address for him (hotmail) and no phone number. He hasn't answered repeated e-mails over the past month. His paypal payment has no shipping address. I'm afraid to simply issue a paypal refund, as he may never get it if he can't access that e-mail address.

What should I do with his animals? It seems wrong to re-sell them. But I would like to use their tank for other things.

You've tried everything you can and given him ample time to respond. I say re-sell them and just set his money aside for when/if he ever gets back in contact with you. I would think though that if he wanted them that bad he would have found a way to get in contact with you, after all, you're not a hard person to get a hold of.

I'm happy to report that Aaron did finally get back in touch. We had yet another shipping delay due to snow, but he has now received his animals safe and sound.
