So unfortunately it seems more issues with my newts have come around... The cork bark I acquired for my ten gallon for my two newts had fungus on it and it seems to have grown on my smaller newt! Needless to say I am disheartened in the least so me and my boyfriend have run out and got them a filter (Keep the water extra clean) and a small fridge. So my question is... Should I put them in hibernation and if so... Does anyone have more infortmation on hibernating Cynops Orientalis? It is either hibernating them.. Or giving them the salt treatment... Which I'm terribly afraid will simply stress them out even more... Well.. I don't know... Any help would certainly be appreciated!
