Very nice set of photos! I like your larvae shot...I haven't been able to take good photos of C. o larvae.
Btw I see some Hydra in the larvae photo. Doesn't look like too much to worry about unless you have babies coming up.

Hydra is harmless for newt larvae and I suspect it represents good water quality doesn`t it ?
