Cycled tank suddenly cloudy?

Okay, so my tank had been cycled for a month before I even put my new axolotl in it. I did a water change the day I got her (before she was put in it of course) then I waited two weeks to do my next one so she could de-stress and get used to the change in water chemistry. Two days I did like a 40% water change with same-temp dechlorinated water. I also recently switched from nightcrawlers to axolotl pellets. I recently used up my test kit, so I can't test the water right now, but I'm just wondering what caused the cloudiness? The tank was already cycled, so why would it suddenly cloud up now? Should I stop feeding her the pellets?
