Cycle at a stand still

Hey Guys!
Last week I started cycling my tank. I added 5ppm of ammonia and I still havent gotten a drop or a nitrite spike. I seeded the tank with the filter from my 10g and no nitrates are showing up. If anyone could help me speed it up, id love to hear your methods. Cant wait for my first axies!

Cycling takes time. It's perfectly normal not to see any progress in the first weeks.
Some people keep the temperature a bit higher while cycling to speed it up a little.
