Ok here are some pictures from the axolotl "holding house" before they were moved to their giant 55 gallon wonderland.
I have many caves. Black axolotl and Pink axolotl love to share the same home, wether it is in the Colussesum or one of the caves I made for them. They just like to cuddle together, even outside of the caves.
Here are some sample pics of them sharing the black cave made out of an old filter in the Old Axolotl home, which is now the insanely planted shrimp and snail exhibit.
I havnt taken any new axolotl pictures in over a month. But these are amusing, I hope to take some better quality ones with them sharing a home together. Any one else have axolotl that seem to enjoy a friend?
