This may sound silly, but I've always wanted to create a layered environment for my axolotl tank, such as having some small ledges they can hang out on, to give them more space away from each other.
I would want them to be temporary of course, so I was wondering if anyone has ever done this or has any suggestions?
I know for reptiles, they can sell little ledges which stay up with a magnet on the inside and one on the outside. Is a magnet safe underwater? Would it be harmful to my babies?
I just think it would be cool, and it could have some plants growing on it, maybe even draping over, I don't know. If anyone has seen anything like this, or can think of ways it can be done, please share
