Crayola Play sand?

I was debating on what sand to get for my tank and I saw in a facebook group someone has used crayola play sand.

Has anyone used this? I like it for the color but am unsure if it is safe for axolotls.

Not a good idea. It's safe for use in an aquarium, but it breaks down when ingested.

Thanks for the reply! I figured there had to be some con to colored sand.

Will for sure be going with the regular ones at the pet store.
