Cooling tank water

Water-chiller Temperature ATC-300
Does anyone know if this is a good product to use to cool a 10 gal. tank we are going to an axolotl in? I found one for $30 on ebay.

After looking at it, I think it should work for your 10Gallon tank.
It might take some time for it to cool but once it gets there it should work!
Dont just us my word, Wait and get some more input!
