I am looking for a water cooler for my 20 gallon Axolotl tank that is price friendly. Does anyone have any suggestions.

The cheapest option by a large margin is to put a fan blowing on the surface of the tank. This will lower the water's temperature by up to 6 degrees F below ambient at the expense of increasing evaporation. After that the cheapest off brand chinese chiller will still be over 100 with brand name versions costing a little under 300.

That's just a fan. You can use it but any fan would work. I prefer small USB powered fans as they are cheaper and quieter.
