Here is a picture of one of my 7 week old babies, they are from gold/albino x dark brown, can anyone tell me what colour they will be classified as or is it too soon to tell?

I don´t know. But he looks nice. I think you can start feeding frozen bloodworms, the artemia is very small compare to the axolotl.

Thanks, I have tried them on live bloodworm but the axies keep swimming away from them so I have been supplying brine shrimp as well. Should I just stop the brineshrimp so they only have worms available?

Larvae usually only eat live food. I would offer small, live worms, like whiteworms or blackworms.

As for color, it's either a wildtype or a melanoid.

I chop up the blackworms for my little guys. They still wiggle so the axolotls will go for them.

I switched to frozen bloodworms and they immediate started eating them.
First I dropped them in front of there eyes but it takes al lot of time and then i just threw the frozen bloodworms in and they al started eating.

it could be gold but you never knoww, when mine was about 5 weeks it was white and now at 7 months hes jet black

It's not a golden. It has black eyes.

Thanks for the replies, they are now feeding on frozen bloodworm, they do have gold eyes, I will update the pictures as they are a few weeks older now.
