Hello,
Lately for the past week or two my Axolotl 10gal tank has been cloudy. I have a internal aqueon quiet flow filter and I do 25% water change weekly and I always suck up poop and excess food as soon as I see it. I just replaced my filter Media as well.

Despite all these efforts the tank somehow stays cloudy. My Axolotl dosent seem to be phased. No signs and stress and eats good and very active. How can I keep my water clean?
Any suggestions welcomed

Usually, cloudy water in an established tank means a bacterial bloom. Sometimes that is harmless, other times it is associated with problems. Is there any chance that there is some hidden food/waste that is building up?

Are you monitoring the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate? If you just changed filter media, you may have taken too much of the beneficial bacteria out with the old media.

Clean up the tank as much as possible and try changing 50% of the water a day for a couple of days (properly dechlorinating of course). That should clear it up the current cloudiness. Then you can see if it comes back.

It may be that you need a higher capacity filter and bigger tank. Your axie is probably growing and eating more, so producing more waste, and not all of the waste is in solid form. I'm not familiar with your filter - do you know it's flow rate? A filter rated for a 10 gal tank is usually not effective enough for an "axolotl" 10 gal tank - they produce more waste than, say, 10 small fish. Also,10 gal is considered small for a grown axolotl by most keepers.

Yeah I was thinking that it was because was growing and producing more waste. Could it be the decor? I have a small plant that's fake and a bridge. I rinsed them off with warm water before putting them in. I know I got a 20gal tank and I'm currently getting things and about to set it up and cycle it for my axie.
