Chillers?

I am thinking that I will need to start saving up for a chiller for my axie. He's in a 30 gallon and while right now his temperature is just fine, this summer I am moving into a different place and I can't guarantee what the temperature will get to. I know nothing about chillers other than they seem incredibly expensive. If anyone has suggestions on what types would work the best/cheapest I would be very grateful!

I built one out of some tubing, a powerhead, and a mini-fridge. Currently using it to regulate the temperature on my axolotl larvae. Though I'm sure its not as efficient as one you get at the store, it only cost me about $60 and comes with the added benefit of being able to store beer in it.
