I agree. Thank you. Many pictures were scoured with no success. What procedure do you use for identification?

I have a pair of these, green monsters! I always thought they were just some variety of P chinensis.

Thank you for the information. After reviewing many pictures, it seems it is one of the below species:
Paramesotriton Qixilingensis
Paramesotriton Chinensis
Paramesotriton Honkongensis

We would like to identify the newt, purchase a mate, and breed pure off-spring. Can you recommend a definitive source to identify this newt?
