Hi there, I found a dandy little tiger salamander living happily in a sloggy puddle next to a leaky sprinkler system...well..tis time to fix said sprinkler..where should I relocate the wonderful little guy? I have no other sloggy spots around my house ..now worried that relocating (her?) may abandon a gob of eggs she needs to tend? Obviously don't know a lot about these beautiful sticky little creatures..
Help?

Hi Caroline141:

Water holes (mini=lakes or swamps with standing water) are a place to let go.
Tigers will not go to water holes with Fish in them.
Sending the little guy off on a rainy or cloudy day is preferred.

Good luck , thanks for saving the amphibian.

Thank you for your feedback! I think I know the perfect spot..
Thank you!!!!
Caroline
