Illness/Sickness: Can't figure out what's wrong with my tiger salamander

One of my three tiger salamanders has what looks like hiccups for the past 3 days. He doesn't seem very comfortable and will only go in two areas of his home and curl up or smoosh his belly onto something. the hiccups were closer together in the beginning of the week and now he will sit there, not moving and then have 2 hiccups. I can't seem to find any information on what could be wrong with him.

I'm at work so I can post a picture later. They have a 48" long tank pretty wide, its has about 6" of coconut fiber and moss with a log to hide in and a rock and a pool that they can all three fit comfortably in and be submerged.
