Can T. verrucosus climb the walls?

I'll be getting a few Tylototriton verrucosus soon and I was wondering if they can climb the walls of an acrylic tank. I've got a couple holes that they could definately fit into and I'd like to know if I need to plug them up.
 
Always be extra-careful. Even though only juvenile T.verrucosus are likely to climb at all, you can never understimate them.
