I got my fire belly newt 2 days ago when i brought him home i notices some white fungus on his back and that his skin was coming off... well i though newts shed thier skin so i wasn't worried.. but now that spot on him back is BLEEDING! and i'm scared! what do i do?!

I'm sorry to read your newt is sick. It sounds like it has an infection, I would personally take it to a vet for the correct treatment. In the mean time keep it in cool and clean environment, and as stress free as you can. I would also let the shop know that this has happened.

As first aid, put the animal in a secure tub with wet paper towels. Keep it as cool as possible; use the refrigerator if everywhere in your house is hot. You can try treating the sore with Neosporin (no pain killer). The prognosis for firebelly newts that arrive in this condition is poor. A vet can prescribe stronger medication.
