Can Boscai Newts be completely terrestrial?

I found a few of them in my backyard in a damp and muddy well and they seem to be completely away from any kind of water source. Will they always stay terrestrial or will they leave and find a pond and eventually become aquatic?

I’ve read everything on Boscai Newts and I couldnt find anything…
