Called Off - Official Caudata.org Get Together idea for San Jose, CA, USA

Well it looks like I'm going to be in San Jose in early June for a weekend (I'm about 90% certain right now). I am wondering if anyone on the forum is familiar with the town (or maybe even lives there?) and could make some suggestions of how and where for a group of us to meet? It's just an idea right now. I only say "official" because I'll be there.

I was thinking maybe (depending on numbers) we could go for a meal or something? I personally will probably not have time for a field trip (though who knows), so the meal is all I'm thinking of right now. Anyone interested? You'd get to meet me and the wife, plus I'll bring along some of the no-longer-available shirts that I have left to give away for free.
 
How early in June?

I have a wedding mid-June.

Unfortunately something has happened that means I can't go to California. Sorry for getting any hopes up.

    Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
