Question: Calcium dust

i'm looking into diversifying my salamander's diet by adding crickets ontop of worms. when i was looking into the calcium dust for crickets i came across some that say with d3 and without d3. whats the difference and what kind should i get?

VitD3 is necessary. I use Rep-Cal Calcium with Vitamin D3 ultra fine. Here are a couple of recent discussions regarding dusting with calcium and vitamins:
