C.O. Going to Earth

One of my c.o. females no longer wants to be in the water. Water quality has been checked, and is just fine. She prefers to hang out on anything that allows her to be "airborn". She also is not eating. At times she seems extra lethargic, but also alert at other times. I am confused. Any suggestions?

This seems to be a reaction of C. orientalis when they get sick or stressed. Have you done a large water change lately, or anything like that? Unfortunately, I don't have any significant advice other than to try to feed her worm bits with tweezers.
