Question: Buying chiller

I just moved into a house that is actually prpoperly heated, due to this my axies tank is 20 degrees right now and its not even summer, im worried what summer will bring. I am looking into buying a chiller that will be adequate for up to 40-50 gallons and under $500. I did manage to find one but it doesnt come with a pump, it has a flow of 160-290 and is this one here AquaEuro 1/13 HP Max Chill Aquarium Chiller ....what kind of pump would be good for something like this preferable under $100??

Do you have a canister filter?

If so, simply run it in line with that.

Filter inlet to filter
Filter outlet to chiller inlet.
Chiller outlet to tank

I do not have a canister filter...and am hoping to only have to spend under $100 as i dont have the money...wasnt expecting this move and now am in a rush to fix it lol

although i am looking to upgrade him into a 40 gal tank so i can maybe get him a mate....so a canister would prolly be a good idea...do you have any suggestions on cheap good buys???
