My axolotl has suddenly developed a bump in/on one of his nostrils. It looks sort of like a little bubble, but I'm pretty sure it's solid, since it doesn't seem to be going away (I noticed it on Thursday). He is still eating and swimming around and everything like normal. Does this sound like something he will need to be medicated for? I don't want to stress him with a vet trip if I don't absolutely have to. Any ideas what this could be?
