Hi guys, had my Axolotl for about 1.5 years now. Recently I observed some light brown patches on the left side of his body. He has no tank mates therefore these are not likely to be injuries. Feeding, behavior, water temp and parameters are perfectly normal. Any idea?

Anyway.. seems like nobody has the answer. It's gone away now. Everything's back to normal :D

Some axolotls get "moles" (usually leucistics) as they age. But they don't look like that... Lol but I'm glad to here it went away! ;)

Good that it's gone away... Albino axolotls often can get natural markings and small spots covering their bodies as they age but if it went away I'd think that it was some kind of sickness that went away in its own :)
