So me being foolish and not spending money on lighting, brown algae has overtaken my tank. It killed all my plants in my walstad
so obviously I can't have a cleanup crew, but I'm gonna teardown and replant. And get new (low) lights. A lot of people use silicate-removing compounds but I think that's a chemical that axolotls might be sensitive to. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of/prevent it? Its mucky and clogs up my filter.
