some off my eggs hatched in only 12 day
,temperature of water is 18/20°C , is it serious ???

That doesn't sound out of the normal length for that temperature. Do they look well-formed? Are they eating yet?

Are the larvae sitting normally, or laying on their sides?

its a first laying...young parents 
ne year old only.larvae look well formed ,i think,they sit on their belly ,they swim well when there was a movement in the water , i dont think they eating yet (i have put in the tank:live Brine shrimp, copepods,Protozoon )

12 days is really fast, but it sounds like they are normal. Don't put in much food until they start to eat - excess food will just irritate them or contaminate the water. Congratulations on the brood!

they are fine , they eat well ,brine shrimp and microworms , they are growing a little
