I've read Natural History of Amphibians, and I'm eating up Vernal Pools. Does anyone have suggestions on what I should read next?

GRIFFITHS, R.A., 1995. Newts and Salamanders of Europe. Poyser Natural History, Londen ISBN 0-85661-100-X. Great book with a lot of interesting information on ecology of European newts.

Biology of the Amphibians, Duellman and Trueb,

Amphibian Biology, McMurrey Press (its a series but the sociobiology one is well worth it).

Biology of the Tadpole

Whoa Ed, those sound like some interestings books, based on the titles. Very broad. Thanks. And Serge, it would be neat to read a book which focused on European Salamanders. Thanks dudes.

"Swampwalkers Journal: A Wetlands Year" by David Carroll and "Amphibians of the Smokies" by Dodd are my favorites.

"Troubled Waters" by Daniel P. Mannix, if you can find it.
