Hi,
my mom has 4 albino clawed froggies, babies we bought believing they are dwarves, in her pond in Holland with 4 large gold fish who leave them alone. The pond is filtered. She feeds them artemia and mosquito larvae, both live and frozen.
Now she's observed for the past day or so that one frog got fat. Now it sticks to the surface and only twitches when she pokes it, but doesn't flee. Is this dropsey? What can we do? I can't help her physically as I'm in Israel. Can she put him in a little spare tank with some table salt? I think I read somewhere salt helps.
Thanks so much!
