Black worms storage ?

Hi just in need of some advice my babies are just growing out the back legs now feeding them bbs and about to purchase some black worms from a local pet store i just haven't heard anywhere about how to store them and how long they live for and also how much to feed them on, also how long until i can start feeding them non moving food like frozen bloodworms thanks guys.

I store them in the fridge in a container of water and change the water twice a day.
