Question: Black worms direct?

I placed an order threw blackworms direct and emailed and stuff but have no confirmation email or blackworms. I placed my order on Tuesday or Wednesday. Is this normal service to expect from them?

I never used them. I use Eastern Aquatics who have very good service (so far so good!)
