Black spot on eggs

Ive noticed that a few of my eggs have got a black spot on them. out of nearly 200 eggs only 1 has hatched and the rest have died, ive got 10 that look ok but have never hatched yet. does anyone know what the spot is?

theyve all died now. had another batch laid last night/today so hopefully have better luck this time
